Biography
Jill Brimmer is the legislative analyst in the Office of Congressional Relations at the RAND Corporation for health, judiciary, and small business. Prior to joining RAND, she worked in the Office of Congressman Michael H. Michaud (D-ME), from 2008 to 2011, as a legislative assistant working on health care, education, Social Security, budget, and tax issues. While with Rep. Michaud, she performed legislative, policy, outreach, and constituent liaison duties in these issue areas.
Brimmer has a B.A. from the George Washington University in political science and French language and literature and also did undergraduate work at the American University of Paris.
