Overview
Biography
Kurt Card is the legislative analyst at the RAND Corporation for national security, international affairs, and military personnel issues. Prior to joining RAND, from 2005 to 2008 he was the senior legislative assistant for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. While with Rep. Ros-Lehtinen he performed legislative, policy, outreach, and constituent liaison duties.
Card received a B.S. in business management from Oakland University.
