Megan Clifford

Biography
Megan Clifford is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. Clifford attended Loyola University Chicago where she majored in economics and history and minored in Italian. She then studied mathematics at UCLA as a post-baccalaureate student. Her policy interests at PRGS include health, labor, and environmental research. She has worked across a range of RAND units and research areas, including RAND Health, Project Air Force, Labor & Population, and Education.
