Biography

Steven Fox is an assistant policy analyst at RAND and a Ph.D. candidate a the Pardee RAND Graduate School. He is also an internist and pediatrician, with additional expertise in tropical medicine and public health. His RAND research focuses on global health development, healthcare practice improvement, and domestic biosecurity. Before joining RAND he practiced clinical medicine in the U.S. and overseas. He has also worked as a financial analyst for a private investment firm, and did atmospheric physics and remote sensing research.
