Ning Fu is a doctoral student at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Her experience at RAND includes logistics, education policy, and health policy. Her interest is in health economics, health insurance and the social security area. She is now working on her disseration dealing with health market competition analysis. Ning Fu was an intern in the House Majority Leader, Congressman Steny Hoyer's office, where she supported administrative staffs and legislative assistants. She completed an M.A. in public policy and management from the University of Southern California where she won the Dean's Certificate of Award and the Academic Achievement Award. Her thesis dealt with the China stock market bubble analysis. She had working experience from China Aviation Industry Corporation where she performed financial analysis and policy planning. She holds a B.A. in marketing from Beijing Institute of Technology.
