Overview

Biography

As unit administrator, Tania Gutsche oversees all of the marketing and operational activities of RAND Labor and Population. As project manager of the RAND American Life Panel, she oversees the day-to-day surveys, panel-member relations, and data-output operations of the ALP and MMIC teams. Gutsche also serves as Project Manager for the Roybal Center for Financial Decisionmaking, the Financial Literacy Center, the Internet Interviewing and the HRS Project, and the Population Research Center.

Gutsche is also involved in two new activies, the Behavioral Finance Forum (BeFi) and Behavioral Science and Policy, an electronic RAND journal to be launched in 2011.
