Abigail Haddad is an assistant policy analyst at RAND and Ph.D. student at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Before coming to RAND, she worked as an economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics and as a research assistant at the American Enterprise Institute. At RAND, she works on personnel issues for the military and is writing her dissertation on the labor market effects of college attendence and graduation. Haddad holds a B.A. in economics from Kenyon College and an M. Phil. in public policy from PRGS.
