Fred Kipperman

Biography
Fred Kipperman is the former Director of Business Development and Strategic Relationships for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice (ICJ), which is now part of Law, Business, and Regulation, one of the RAND Corporations business units. Kipperman's primary external focus was building relationships and partnerships with the private sector. His internal time was spent on business planning, strategy and management.
Kipperman graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in business administration and entrepreneurship (1991) and law (1996). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Arizona State Bar Association.
Civil Justice
Biography
Fred Kipperman is the former Director of Business Development and Strategic Relationships for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice (ICJ). The ICJ is dedicated to making the civil justice system more just and equitable. The Institute, now part of the Law, Businness, and Regulation (LBR) unit, conducts research on all aspects of civil justice, from trends in litigation and jury verdicts to compensation systems and alternative dispute resolution. In recent years, ICJ's focus had expanded to include terrorism risk management, corporate ethics, entrepreneurship and regulation, areas which are now part of the LBR research agenda.
Kipperman graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in business administration and entrepreneurship (1991) and law (1996). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Arizona State Bar Association.
