Lisa Klautzer
Overview
Biography
Lisa Klautzer completed her Ph.D. coursework at the Pardee RAND Graduate School (PRGS) in May 2013. Prior to attending PRGS she worked for more than four years as an analyst at RAND Europe. Her research focuses on economic development and corporate governance as well as on health care. During her time at RAND and PRGS she has also worked on topics such as science and technology, data privacy and security, transport and sustainability, civil justice, and education. In addition to her Ph.D., Klautzer has a graduate degree in law from the Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz, and has studied in Italy (Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca) and the U.S. (University of California, Berkeley). A dual citizen of Austria and the U.S., Klautzer is fluent in German, English, and Italian.
