Biography
Jonathan Klenk is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. Klenk is also a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2010 where he majored in electrical engineering. At the Academy, he served as a group commander responsible for over one thousand cadets. Klenk also served a two-year ecclesiastic mission in Romania. His capstone project explored enemy applications of unmanned aerial systems. He is interested in how technology, such as cyberspace and unmanned systems, will affect national defense strategies in years to come.
