Lindsey C. Kozberg

Biography
Trained as an attorney, Lindsey C. Kozberg practiced law for several years with Latham & Watkins in their Los Angeles–based land use and government affairs group. Kozberg has also worked in the public sector at the federal and state levels, most recently as director of public affairs for the U.S. Department of Education and as a special assistant to the president at the White House.
At RAND, Kozberg oversees fundraising, media relations, government and community relations, RAND's online presence, and the RAND brand. Immediately prior to joining RAND, Kozberg was vice president for development for a commercial real estate development firm, directing acquisition, site planning and design, and government approvals in connection with the firm's retail projects. A native of Los Angeles, Kozberg sits on the boards of several education and social service organizations including ExED, New Visions Foundation, Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, and Special Olympics Southern California.
