Sarah Kups

Biography
Sarah Kups is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. Her dissertation explores topics related to migration, including entrepreneurship among Mexican return migrants. At RAND, she has worked on projects ranging from estimating return flows to Mexico, studying the effect of workplace accomodation on job retention and investigating selection of Mexican emigrants. Kups graduated from the University of Cambridge with an M.Phil. in economics and received an M.A. in economics and international relations from the University of St. Andrews.
