Ruth Levitt

Biography
Ruth Levitt is a senior fellow with RAND Europe. She works on policy analysis, strategy, and evaluation studies. Her training has ranged across social sciences, the arts, and the natural sciences. She has worked in central government and Parliament. She has worked on many aspects of higher education, research policy and cultural policy. Independently, she undertakes academic research and is a visiting senior research fellow at the Department of Political Economy, King's College London.
