Biography

Dahlia Lichter holds a B.A. in Anthropology with a concentration in Biological and Forensic Anthropology from the University of Florida, Gainesville and a M.A. in Latin American Studies from the George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. She focuses on K-12 education policy issues. Some projects she participated in include a longitudinal evaluation study focusing on the effectiveness of collaborative efforts in education reform, conducted in several cities in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. She has also participated in collecting data and conducting analysis on the success of a new geometry curriculum in county public schools and the fidelity of its implementation.
