Biography

Margaret Maglione is the Associate Director of the Southern California Evidence-Based Practice Center (EPC).The EPC is one of a dozen such centers in the U.S. and Canada, designated by the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The EPC conducts systematic reviews of treatments, interventions, and medications, and performs research on improving the methods of synthesizing the scientific evidence. The EPC is one of the leading institutions world-wide for the creation of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and other evidence-based products.
