Shannon Maloney
Overview
Biography
Shannon Maloney is an assistant policy analyst at RAND and a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Her primary research interests include evaluation of youth programs, positive youth development, health and education policy. Maloney has a B.S. in biopsychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master's in public policy from UCLA.
