Louis R. Moore

Biography
Louis Moore is a senior operations researcher at the RAND Corporation and a professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. His research focuses on the assessment of technical risk; military ground vehicle acquisition; command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR); space operations; and defense modeling and simulation. Moore received his Ph.D. in mathematical statistics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
