Molly Morgan Jones

Biography
Molly Morgan Jones is a senior analyst at RAND Europe, where she works in the area of Innovation and Technology Policy. Both of her graduate degrees involved comparative studies of the governance of innovation, focussing in particular on biomedical technologies and stem cell research. She also has experience working in a diverse array of science policy fields, including technology innovation and governance, environmental policy and sustainable development, evidence-based policymaking, research evaluation and strategy development, bibliometrics in the social sciences and humanities, and methods of stakeholder engagement. She has worked for UK and U.S. government departments in science strategy and regulatory affairs, and has conducted consultancy and research projects for UK and EU bodies. She has a strong technical background in the life sciences and has a long-standing interest in the intersection of scientific innovation and public policymaking. She has an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in science and technology policy from the University of Sussex.
