Overview

Molly Morgan Jones is a senior research leader with RAND Europe. She specialises in the governance of innovation, focussing in particular on biomedical and health technologies, and the evaluation of research impact, a field sometimes referred to as the 'science of science'. She also has experience working in a diverse array of science policy-related areas, including environmental policy, evidence-based policymaking, science strategy, and innovative methods of stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining RAND Europe, she worked for UK and U.S. government departments in science strategy and regulatory affairs, and has conducted consultancy and research projects for UK and EU bodies. She has a strong technical background in the life sciences and has a long-standing interest in the intersection of scientific innovation and public policymaking.
