Caron Murray

Biography
Caron Murray, RAND Education Director of Operations, has been with RAND since 1991. She is responsible for managing unit finances, coordinating outgoing proposals, overseeing the unit website, and all budgeting and project management for the Education unit. Before her work with RAND Education she held management and administrative positions within RSMD, Labor and Population, the Arroyo Center, and NSRD. Before coming to RAND, Caron managed and performed with her two rock bands, The Little Girls, and CM3P. She wrote and produced several recordings, on which she also performed. She was featured in several videos, and toured extensively within Southern California and the United States. In 2007, Caron established her own ValleyPOP Records label to market and promote her music.
