Tobi Oluwatola is an assistant policy analyst at the RAND Corporation and recently completed his Ph.D. at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. He began his career at KPMG Management Consulting where he worked on strategy, processes, technology and finance for corporations and government agencies.

At RAND, Oluwatola's work focuses on technology and economic development policy. He has worked on projects ranging from infrastructure resilience in Africa to energy poverty in India to U.S. military manpower and autonomous vehicles. His ongoing research interests include energy, machine learning/big data, robust decision making, operations research, security and economic development.
