Biography

Michelle Platt is a unit administrator for the RAND Institute for Civil Justice (ICJ). She is responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day operations of ICJ, a complex research unit funded through a diverse portfolio of philanthropic contributions that provide financial resources for research initiatives in ICJ and in its multiple Centers of excellence.

Prior to joining RAND in 2005, Platt worked for the Hillman Company's real estate accounting division. She also served as a research assistant for the Ramsay Corporation, a human resources consulting and publications firm.
