Biography

Rebecca Schindler is a senior analyst at RAND Europe. She has extensive experience leading research in the field of information, ICT, and innovation policy and has contributed to various projects for national ministries and regulators as well as European institutions.

Prior to joining RAND Europe, Schindler held positions at the United Nations University MERIT; the European Commission, Directorate General for Information Society and Media (DG INFSO); and the universities of Paris, Strasbourg, and Maastricht. Schindler earned her D.E.A. in sociology from Université Paris Descartes—Sorbonne and her M.Sc. in economics from Maastricht University.
