Biography
Christopher Schnyer is a project associate at the RAND Corporation. Schnyer has held a variety of positions in administration, program coordination, and policy analysis at several nonprofit organizations in the health and human service sectors. He received his B.S. in linguistics and philosophy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his M.P.P. from the University of California, Berkeley.
