Emily Scraggs

Biography
Emily Scraggs is a research leader for Evaluation and Performance Management at RAND Europe. She has worked in research and consultancy for more than ten years and has specialised in qualitative research and formative evaluation work. Prior to joining RAND Europe, Scraggs worked for a Cambridge-based public-sector consultancy for four years and before this worked in consultancy roles in Boston, Massachusetts, for three years. Recent projects that she has delivered include work on local regulation, telecommunications, third sector, creative industries, environment, and business innovation. She also has a long-standing interest in the field of knowledge transfer. Scraggs received her Ph.D. in sociology from the London School of Economics.
