Nolan Sweeney

Biography
Nolan Sweeney is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. He has a B.S. in mathematics and physics from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He spent a summer working at a clinic in Uganda and another working as an intern at the National Security Agency. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the U.S. Air Force Parachuting Team. His interests include Air Force modernization and employment policy, energy and environmental policy, public education policy, and policy options in the Middle East.
