Biography
Constantijn van Oranje-Nassau is Head of RAND Europe's Information Policy and Economics team, based in Brussels. Prior to joining RAND Europe he worked at the European Commission in the cabinet of the commissioner for foreign affairs and as a management consultant in the operations practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in London.

Biography
Constantijn van Oranje-Nassau is Head of the Information Policy & Economics team, based in Brussels. Constantijn has a Masters Degree in law from Leiden University and an MBA from INSEAD at Fontainebleau. Prior to joining RAND Europe he worked at the European Commission in the cabinet of the commissioner for foreign affairs and as a management consultant in the operations practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in London.Research Focus

Biography
Constantijn van Oranje is Head of the Information Policy and Economics team at RAND Europe. Before joining RAND Europe, Mr. Van Oranje worked as an associate analyst for Booz Allen & Hamilton in London (2001-2003), where he worked on a variety of projects in ICT, and print media. This was preceded by 5 years at the European Commission, working in the Cabinet of Commissioner Van de Broek (1995-1999).

Recent Projects
- A future study on European eGovernance in 2020; a prospective view on the development of pan-European eGovernment Services; an impact assessment of the review of the Television Without Frontiers Directive; security and identity management requirements in sponsored by European Commission
- Assessing the need and possible design of a Dutch Interoperability framework; and a study into the eIDM and data protection developments in the EU sponsored by Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs
