Biography
Lidia Villalba-van-Dijk is an associate analyst in the Evaluation and Audit team at RAND Europe. She acquired significant experience in research and analysis in information technology during her time at the UN Conference on Trade & Development. Her interests lie mainly in evaluation performance and public policy/public administration, with a special emphasis on trade and economic policy as well as energy, science and technology and environmental policy.
