Eleanor Winpenny

Biography
Eleanor Winpenny is an analyst working within the Health and Healthcare team at RAND Europe. She joined RAND from 2020health, a London-based healthcare think tank, where she undertook research on a variety of health and social care topics. Wipenny's main interest is in public health and mental health. Her recent research has included work on chronic alcohol consumption in the UK, the relationship between health and work, and the use of telehealth for patient self-management. Before moving into healthcare research, she completed a Ph.D. in neuroscience at the University of Cambridge, looking at the growth and development of new neurons in the adult brain.
