Barbara O. Wynn

Biography
Barbara O. Wynn is a senior policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. Wynn has nearly 30 years of experience with health care financing and delivery issues. Since coming to RAND, she has directed several projects related to federal health insurance programs and, most recently, workers' compensation medical care. Wynn spent 24 years with the Health Care Financing Administration (the predecessor agency to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and was involved in the full range of Medicare coverage and payment policies. Wynn received her M.A. from American University.
