Roland J. Yardley
Overview
Biography
Roland Yardley is a senior defense research analyst at the RAND Corporation. He joined RAND in 2001 after a 24-year U.S. Navy career and has since participated in and led studies for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the U.S. Department of the Navy. Yardley has authored or coauthored numerous RAND studies on personnel policy and naval operations, maintenance, and training, and has participated in RAND research projects for the governments of the United Kingdom and Australia. Yardley received his M.S. in management (manpower, personnel, and training analysis) from the Naval Postgraduate School.
