Biography
Megan Zander-Cotugno is a senior survey coordinator with many years of project management experience for large national security, health and education research studies. Zander-Cotugno possesses skills to lead proposal writing, budgeting, instrument design, recruitment and supervision of data collectors, overall progress of project implementation, data delivery, and methodology report. She works regularly with multiple modes of data collection including telephone surveys, fieldwork, cognitive interviewing, mail surveys, web surveys and mixed-mode studies.
