Open-air sky bridges connect the twin arcs at their center. The resulting "figure-8" creates a contiguous traffic pattern that allows employees to circulate freely throughout all parts of the structure and exchange ideas. Flowing traffic patterns contribute to RAND's research process of questioning, analyzing, and providing its clients with effective solutions.
