Kurt Card
Kurt Card is the Legislative Analyst at the RAND Corporation for safety and justice, defense, international affairs, and military personnel issues. Prior to joining RAND, from 2005-2008 he was the Senior Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. While with Rep. Ros-Lehtinen he performed legislative, policy, outreach, and constituent liaison duties.
Mr. Card received a B.S. in Business Management from Oakland University.
