Carmen Ferro
Carmen Ferro is the Legislative Analyst at the RAND Corporation for education and terrorism and homeland security issues. Prior to coming to RAND in August 2005, she worked on education and labor issues for United States Congressman Todd R. Platts (R-PA), a member of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce. She acted as liaison between the member and the committee in researching draft legislation and amendments, drafting memos and floor statements, attending markups, and educating constituents on major issues before the committee.
Ms. Ferro received her B.A. with a major in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania in 2002.
