Christine Carey

Christine Carey (BA International Studies, Fairfield University) works as a Unit Administrator in RAND's Center for Domestic and International Health Security. She manages the Center's accounts and has organized events to market the Center and build its portfolio. She has contributed to both the project management and research on a project to reform Qatar's health care system, as well as the multi-year, multi-sector effort, Building a Successful Palestinian State. Prior to joining RAND, she interned at Aspinall & Associates, a policy consulting firm in Brussels, and on Capitol Hill.
