All registrations for the 2nd National Summit on Patient Safety Research must be received by October 17, 2003.

Location:
The 2nd National Summit on Patient Safety Research will be held Friday, November 7, 2003 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia. For more information regarding the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, please visit http://www.crystalcity.hyatt.com.

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is located off Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1) 2.3 miles from Washington National Airport, 37 miles from BWI Airport and 28 miles from Dulles Airport.

Taxi and metro instructions:
From Washington National Airport OR the Crystal City Metro stop (blue & yellow lines): either take a taxi (8 blocks, approximately 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk from either point) or call a Hyatt Shuttle (1-888-492-8812) which operates between 6:30am -12:00 midnight and runs every 30 minutes approximately on the half hour to and from the Crystal City Metro and Washington National Airport.
