The bar graphs show peoples' answers to different survey topics.



In the bar graphs, plans that did worse than the average for all health plans:

  • Have smaller blue sections.

  • Have bigger yellow sections.

  • May have "one star" in the summary chart.
In the bar graphs, plans that did better than the average for all health plans:

  • Have bigger blue sections.

  • Have smaller yellow sections.

  • May have "three stars" in the summary chart.


Look for larger differences in the size of the blue or yellow sections. Small differences don't mean anything.
