Impoverished Women and Health Threats

A prospective examination of the relationship between residential status of impoverished women (e.g., stability of residential status, amount of homelessness) and four serious health threats: drug use, HIV risk behaviors, victimization by violence, and mental health problems.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Homeless Women

A project aimed at understanding the context of posttraumatic stress disorder among homeless women, adapting an existing treatment manual for PTSD for use with this population, and conducting a pilot test.
