Gulf War Pesticide Use Survey from RAND

This report documents the survey instrument used to access the extent of pesticide use during the Gulf War. RAND's analysis of the data collected through the survey is reported in "Pesticide Use During the Gulf War: A Survey of Gulf War Veterans".
