Lloyd Dixon is co-principal investigator of the ICJ's expert evidence study. Lloyd has long been a key member of the ICJ team, serving as research director from 1997 to March 1999. His research has focused on natural resource and environmental issues.

Past ICJ projects include an extensive study of the federal Superfund program to clean up inactive hazardous waste sites.
