CAPP Welcomes Asia Foundation India Regional Security Studies Fellow

On January 31, the RAND Center for Asia Pacific Policy welcomed Mr. Debnath Shaw, the Asia Foundation India Regional Security Studies Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, to RAND's Santa Monica office for a roundtable discussion. Charles Wolf chaired the event, which was attended by Bill Overholt, Ann Wang, Anil Bamezai, and others members of the RAND staff.

Mr. Shaw addressed issues such as putting "meat" on U.S.-India relations and on his own research in Indian energy security and India-China-US relations.

Mr. Shaw previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission in the Embassy of India in Beijing.
