Kate O'Neal is Director of Development for RAND Infrastructure, Safety, and Environment. Her background includes more than a dozen years' development experience, primarily in corporate relations and major giving to higher education.
Kate has worked with a number of boards and advisory groups on strategic planning for programs, member cultivation, and board engagement. She holds a BM degree in music and an MFA in arts management, both from the University of Iowa.
