Why RAND?

• RAND has 60-year history advising high-level decision-makers with objective analysis and effective solutions to complex challenges.

• The Pardee RAND Graduate School trains future public policy and private sector professionals with a unique combination of intense academic study and on-the-job training working with seasoned RAND analysts.
• RAND has done this before. In 2002, RAND formed the Center for Terrorism Risk Management Policy, which is a private sector funded analysis center focused on addressing insurance and liability issues related to terrorist activity.
