Information Warfare, and Conflict in the Information Age

Pervasiveness and reliance on information technology has introduced new vulnerabilities to our societies. RAND has pioneered the use of "day-after" exercises and other analysis techniques to explore the implications of information warfare and mechanisms for addressing these challenges.
