The 1995 EGSF data and documentation are available for download below. The documentation is in pdf format with data available in three formats: Stata, SAS, and raw ascii.

The program files (.sas suffix files) are text files and have DOS end-of-line and end-of-file characters. Users will need to change the pathnames in the input program files to match those of their system. |
