Employment and Fellowships

RAND Labor and Population is a growing organization and we welcome the opportunity to review resumes from scholars at every career stage and from a broad spectrum of population-related disciplines.

Training researchers is another important part of the Labor and Population Program's commitment to scientific research and analysis. The RAND Postdoctoral Training Program in the Study of Aging and the RAND Postdoctoral Training Program in the Population Studies enables outstanding junior scholars in demographic and aging research to sharpen their analytic skills, learn to communicate research results effectively, and advance their research agenda.

The Pardee RAND Graduate School is a fully accredited graduate school offering a Ph.D. in policy analysis. An essential component of the curriculum is on-the-job training, and Labor & Population projects are among those from which students choose.
