The 2011 RAND Behavioral Finance Forum (BeFi) took place in Washington, D.C. on May 10. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss trends and new policy options in consumer financial protection with academics, industry experts, members of congress, their staff, and other policymakers. The agenda featured top academics pitching new ideas and discussing emerging issues in the area of consumer financial protection.
