Corporate and National Governance, Values, and Economic Development

We are proposing a three-year, multi-country research project to a Portuguese foundation (Fundação Manuel Dos Santos) that will investigate the role values play in corporate governance, national governance, and economic development and the connections among them. The aim is to survey firms in two developed-developing country pairs to examine how governance propagates across countries and firms.
