RAND Experts Available to Discuss New U.N. Sanctions on North Korea, Upcoming U.S. Summit with South Korea
The RAND Corporation has several experts available to discuss the just-announced United Nations sanctions on North Korea, as well as next week's summit between President Barack Obama and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak.
