RAND experts Brian Michael Jenkins and Angel Rabasa are available for interviews on the upcoming anniversary (Nov. 26) of the Mumbai terrorist attack and the scheduled Washington, D.C. visit (Nov. 24) of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Brian Michael Jenkins is a RAND senior advisor and one of the nation's top experts on terrorism, counterinsurgency and homeland security. In September, Jenkins visited the attack sites in Mumbai and retraced the paths of the terrorists with local authorities. He is the author of Will Terrorists Go Nuclear? and co-author of The Lessons of Mumbai.

Angel Rabasa is a senior policy analyst at RAND specializing in political Islam, Southeast Asia, terrorism and insurgency. He is the lead author of The Lessons of Mumbai and The Evolving Terrorist Threat to Southeast Asia.
